Privacy & Data Policy

Effective 9 October 2026 · Applies to the InLoop website and its forms

In short

  • We collect only what you choose to send us through the waitlist, demo, updates and sales forms.
  • We use it to reply to you, arrange what you asked for, and send InLoop updates only if you subscribed.
  • We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

InLoop is a product of Data Epoch, the AI product house of Datalore Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Datalore Labs Private Limited, which decides how the personal data described here is used.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Depending on the form you use, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, type of business, the area you want to focus on, and any message you write.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to keep the site secure and running.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as financial details, health information or government ID numbers.

3. How we use it

  • To add you to the early-access waitlist and contact you when your place comes up.
  • To schedule and run a live demo you have booked.
  • To send InLoop product updates, only if you subscribed to them. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To answer sales questions and send you a proposal you asked for.
  • To keep the website secure and to detect and prevent misuse of the forms.

4. Consent and legal basis

We process your personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. By submitting a form you consent to us using your details for the purpose of that form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, such as our web hosting, email and scheduling providers. They may process it only on our instructions and must keep it secure.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or government authority. We never sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or you become a customer. If you unsubscribe from updates, we stop sending them straight away. After these periods we delete or anonymise your data.

7. How we protect it

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and are delivered over authenticated email. Access is limited to the team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have your data erased when it is no longer needed;
  • withdraw your consent, including unsubscribing from updates;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to;
  • raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

10. Data inside InLoop

This policy covers the InLoop website. Operational data that a park or venue loads into the InLoop platform, such as staff logs, maintenance records or financial figures, is handled under the agreement with that customer. In that setting the customer decides how the data is used and we process it on their behalf.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as InLoop or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and we will highlight significant changes on our website.
