1. Who we are

Data Epoch is the AI product house of Datalore Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Datalore Labs Private Limited, which decides how the personal data described here is used.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company name (if you add it), the area you're interested in, and your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to keep the site secure and running.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as financial details, health information or government ID numbers.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and route it to the right team (for example, InLoop or custom AI work).
• To continue a conversation you started with us, such as sending a proposal or scheduling a demo.
• To keep the website secure and to detect and prevent misuse of the form.

We do not add you to marketing lists unless you separately ask to be added.

4. Consent and legal basis

We process your personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. By submitting the enquiry form you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, such as our web hosting and email providers. They may process it only on our instructions and must keep it secure.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or government authority. We never sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or you become a customer. After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. How we protect it

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and are delivered over authenticated email. Access to enquiries is limited to the team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have your data erased when it is no longer needed;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to;
• raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

10. Data in our products

This policy covers our website. Data that customers load into our products, such as InLoop, is handled under the agreement with that customer. In that setting the customer decides how the data is used and we process it on their behalf.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and we will highlight significant changes on our website.
